Juliana Curran Terian

President and Chief Executive Officer

Juliana Curran Terian is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Roslyn, New York–based Rallye Group, which is comprised of Rallye Acura, Rallye BMW, Rallye Lexus and Rallye Motors (Mercedes), as well as associated service parts and body shop facilities. Rallye Group is one of the country's largest automobile dealerships and the largest female-owned dealership in the country.

The Rallye Group was founded in 1958 by then 21-year-old Peter Terian, a native of France who emigrated to the U.S. with his mother at age 8. Mr. Terian, an uncle and a friend acquired their first franchise – a Volvo dealership – in 1958 in Sea Cliff, NY, followed by a Mercedes dealership one yar later. Rallye Group quickly outgrew the Sea Cliff site, moving their operations to a larger location in Glen Cove, the present site of Rallye Lexus. In 1987, the partners opened the Roslyn dealership on Northern Boulevard, offering such luxury cars as Mercedes, BMW and Rolls Royce under one roof. Mrs. Terian has run the business since her husband’s untimely death in 2002.

Since that time, Mrs. Terian has focused on integrating the information systems network for the Rallye Group dealerships and on upgrading employee training and development programs. In addition, she oversaw the redesign of the customer lounge areas and implemented new corporate facility standards.

Mrs. Terian spearheaded the Rallye Group’s community action plan, providing financial support to The Nassau County Museum of Art and the March of Dimes. In addition, Rallye employees are strong local advocates, volunteering for a number of community organizations, lending their assistance and support to regional activities and to individuals.

Mrs. Terian was born in Los Angeles, California. She received her bachelor’s of science degree in architecture from California Polytechnic University in Pomona and an advanced degree at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. She later apprenticed with Giorgio Cavaglieri, F.A.I.A., renowned New York City historical preservationist. A licensed, registered architect in the State of New York, Mrs. Terian founded Curran Architects and Planners in 1995, a firm specializing in the restoration and renovation of health care facilities, as well as residential period restoration.

Mrs. Terian is an active member of both the American Institute of Architects and the Architectural League of New York, for whom she serves as a member of The Circle, promoting and sponsoring the growth of high-quality architecture around the world. She is currently a William Cullen Bryant Fellow at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Pratt Institute. She and her daughter, Olivia, reside in New York City.

William Finsilver

General Manager of Rallye Lexus;
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

William Finsilver joined Rallye in 1989 as General Manager of the Company’s newly awarded Lexus franchise, supervising the final construction of the Lexus facility. Under his leadership, the Company has won the “Elite of Lexus” award every year since 1995 and ranks in the top ten in volume and profits in the Eastern Area of 60 dealers. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Finsilver served as Service and Parts Director for Carriage House Motor Cars in New York City for six years. Carriage House Motor Cars was an exotic used car business that was awarded the Rolls Royce/Bentley franchise just prior to Mr. Finsilver joining them. Mr. Finsilver trained the entire staff, established all process and control systems including warranty administration, parts inventory control and customer relations standards. Carriage House became the largest Rolls-Royce and Bentley service and parts department in the United States and the largest selling Rolls-Royce and Bentley dealer in the world in 1987. Prior to that, Mr. Finsilver served as a Service Engineer for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars USA and as a Service Manager of an Alfa Romeo and Lotus dealership.

Joseph Stanco
General Manager of Rallye Acura;

Vice President of Finance and Investments;
Chief Financial Officer

Joseph Stanco has over 30 years of diversified financial and corporate experience in the automotive industry. Mr. Stanco joined the Company in 1981 as Controller. In 1993 he was promoted to Vice President and in 1997 he became CFO of Rallye, where he now develops and administers all accounting and financial functions of the company. Mr. Stanco is the point person for all tax and auditing matters, serving as the liaison with the national headquarters of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus and Acura for dealership matters. . In 2002 he became the General Manager of Rallye Acura, the newest franchise in the Rallye Group. Before joining Rallye, Mr. Stanco spent six years as Secretary-Treasurer and Controller of the Park Pontiac dealership in New Hyde Park, New York. Prior to that, he was office manager for Van Buren GMC Truck Sales for three years and an Assistant Controller for Volvoville USA, the largest Volvo dealership in the United States, for two years. Mr. Stanco received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of West Virginia in 1970 and completed the Dealer Business Management Program at Northwood Business Management in 1983. He is a member of the MPG Dealer 20 group for 12 years and served as chairman in 2004.

Nicholas Toomey
General Manager of Rallye BMW and Rallye Mercedes-Benz;
Vice President of Parts and Service, Facilities and Real Estate

Nicholas Toomey joined Rallye in 1990 as Vice President, Director of Parts and Service. Under Mr. Toomey’s leadership, the company’s parts and service department has exhibited dramatic growth and now accounts for nearly one-third of the company's total gross profit. Mr. Toomey’s responsibilities encompass much more than his title indicates. In recent years, he has supervised showroom construction, acquired and developed an off-site vehicle-preparation center, led the process of acquiring the Acura franchise, acquired and developed a 50,000-squarefoot off-site body shop and now operates the BMW franchise. Prior to joining Rallye, Mr. Toomey was Director of Parts and Service for Koons Ford in Falls Church, Virginia for two years and Service Manager for Hills & Sander Ford in Wheaton, Maryland for 18 years.
