Rallye Lexus’ Service & Parts Department Declared “Best of the East”

Rallye Lexus’ Service & Parts Department has recently been recognized as “Best of the East,” a distinguished award handed down by Lexus Corporate. Rallye Lexus, located in Glen Cove, NY, had to beat out forty-three other dealerships to be awarded this prestigious honor. The competition was judged using three criteria: customer satisfaction, service growth, and parts growth.

William Finsilver, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Rallye Group and General Manager of Rallye Lexus, praised Andrew Jones, Service Manager for Rallye Lexus, along with Lee Morse, Parts Manager for Rallye Lexus, “This award signifies the progress Andrew and Lee have made in their departments this year, outpacing other Lexus dealers in all criteria. The processes Andrew and Lee have put in place allow their teams to focus on service excellence and this focus on customers produces a very high level of performance.”

Andrew Jones, the Service Manager for Rallye Lexus, believes that complete customer care is the most essential component to success in the auto industry. “We understand the importance of our customers’ time, which is why we want to make any maintenance visit a one-trip affair that’s quick and pleasant,” said Jones.

“It’s sometimes the little things that mean so much,” explained Jones. Providing compli-mentary newspapers, coffee—even freshly baked cookies—Jones is doing everything he can to make a trip to Rallye Lexus an enjoyable one.

This is not the first time Rallye Lexus has earned an accolade of this magnitude. Acknowledged by the Lexus Eastern Division as satisfying more customers than any other dealer in New York, Rallye Lexus has been awarded “Elite of Lexus” for its tenth consecutive year, a feat no other dealer can match. In addition to these awards, Rallye Lexus has also earned the coveted “Crown Jewel” award.
